Plan 45 min to 1 hour per visit. You will be fully clothed with eyes closed, face up on a massage table. If the session is at a home or hospital setting you may lay on a bed or sit in a comfortable chair. The practitioner moves their hands around you without touching. It’s best to come to the session with no expectations, just relax and observe what happens. Everyone has their own unique experience during the session with endless positive effects to follow.
It’s recommended to have 1 to 3 Reconnection Healing sessions in any length of time frame you desire with at least one sleep cycle in between.

After we talk you will want to find a comfortable, quiet place to lie down for your session. I will meet you in the "field" for a 40 min or 20 min session attuning you to these healing/reconnecting frequencies. These frequencies will bring you back into balance on all levels. Including physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. You may or may not feel the frequencies working on you. Enter the session with no expectations and relax. It is very common during a session for these frequencies to continue long after I have stopped. So I suggest you continue to lie there, present and uninterrupted for another 10-30 min after the session is over if possible.
If you would like to email me regarding any sensations, experiences or visions you had during our session I would love to hear them!! I’m also happy to hear about your experience over a phone conversation and will be available any time I don’t have another session going on. As we grow from childhood through adulthood we are surrounded by other people’s beliefs and opinions. We are taught to think and live certain ways that may or may not be who we really are and how we really feel with our inner being. We are all born with our own special wired DNA, our own purpose in life, and we are all given special gifts, talents, and abilities that make us unique and who we are as an individual. The Personal Reconnection must be done in person and the process requires two sessions. These sessions need to take place within a 2-3-day span. So when scheduling your Reconnection choose two consecutive days when you will be available for 1 hour each. You will lay on your back on top of a massage table fully clothed in a quiet setting. There are no actual hands on touching performed. A pillow and light blanket are provided for added comfort if requested.
